How It Works - Three steps to environment & monitoring intelligence.

1

Connect

Plug in your existing underwater cameras, surface cameras, PTZ systems, and environmental sensors.

2

Unify

All data streams appear in a single monitoring interface with per-pen and cross-pen views.

3

Correlate

Camera-based behavioral and population data automatically cross-references environmental sensor readings.

Capabilities - What Environment & Monitoring delivers.

Standard camera support

Any IP camera with RTSP or ONVIF — underwater, surface, and PTZ.

Surface camera integration

Feed barge and surface cameras for feeding monitoring and surface event detection.

PTZ camera control

Pan-tilt-zoom control for targeted inspection of specific fish or pen areas.

Environmental sensor ingestion

Temperature, dissolved oxygen, salinity, pH, turbidity, and depth from any sensor manufacturer.

Multi-pen dashboard

Live camera grid with status indicators across your entire operation.

Camera health monitoring

Automatic detection and alerting when cameras go offline or degrade.

Searchable video archive

Timeline with event markers — jump to any moment by timestamp or detected event.

Edge processing

On-site processing for bandwidth-constrained or remote locations.

Cloud processing

Full analytical pipeline in the cloud for sites with reliable connectivity.

Sonar integration

Sonar data for full-pen population estimates in turbid water conditions.

Current and flow sensors

Water flow data correlated with fish behavior and feeding patterns.

Light level monitoring

Ambient light tracking for diurnal behavior analysis and lighting optimization.

Use Cases - Environment & Monitoring in action.

Operations managers

One screen for all pens, all cameras, all sensors. No tab-switching between vendor portals.

Remote sites

Edge processing reduces bandwidth needs. Alerts work even on slow satellite connections.

Multi-site operators

Cross-site dashboards compare performance across geographically distributed farms.

Multi-Pen Monitor

Multi-Pen Monitor

Live camera grid with environmental overlays and status indicators

Species Support - Calibrated per species.

Camera requirements vary by species and environment. Salmon ocean pens typically use 1–2 underwater cameras per pen plus a surface camera. RAS facilities may need cameras per tank. We provide camera planning as part of deployment.

Any IP camera with RTSP or ONVIF streaming support. This includes most commercial underwater cameras, surface cameras, and PTZ systems used in aquaculture. No proprietary hardware required.

Yes. Edge processing mode runs the AI models on-site and sends only results and alerts over the connection. Video is stored locally and synced when bandwidth allows.

Absolutely. Start with cameras only and add environmental sensors as your monitoring needs grow. The platform automatically incorporates new data streams and begins correlating them with existing behavioral and population data.

Video is archived locally with configurable retention periods and can be synced to cloud storage. Event-marked segments are flagged for easy retrieval — you can jump directly to any detected event.
